This part of the How To section helps you recognize and correct mistakes with photos and descriptions.  When you think about rowing technique, it should look and feel easy, smooth and strong.  Check out this picture of our 7 year old son during his first row in the single.  He is sitting in a strong finish position, not slouching, elbows away.  He did what felt right.  Think like a 7 year old from time to time.There are two ways to find what you need here:
